Writing and Multimedia Center (Undergraduate Students)
Whether you are making "A"s on your writing or worried about passing, the Writing and Multimedia Center (WMC) can help you develop your writing practice. Rather than being a place that’ll edit your papers for you, the WMC will equip you to revise and improve your own writing. We’ll guide you from your first outline to the final edits of your writing project. Writers at all skill levels are welcome, and we extend a special invitation to our international students and English language learners. Services are available for on-campus students and for online students.
The Graduate Writing Hub supports writers in graduate and professional programs at Anderson University by offering one-on-one writing consultations and in-class workshops throughout the year. Through our services, we draw attention to writing as a social practice—an embodied, specialized, and affective experience as well as an intellectual one—in which members from across the academic community participate. Our support services and activities aim to create a sense of belonging around writing, remove barriers to academic participation, and promote renewed attitudes toward writing as scholarly work rather than merely scholarly product.
