Course Reserves Request Form

Please complete this form to place materials on reserve. You may place physical resources on course reserve for limited use (3-hours, in-library only)* by your students. Reserves will be removed each semester and a new form will need to be submitted. Photocopied, scanned, or digitized materials may need copyright clearance before they can be made available to students. The library reserves the right to refuse to place items on reserve that do not meet fair use guidelines.
